Letter from the editor

Dear Otters,

The Lutrinae will be taking a brief hiatus over the fall break and will be pausing production until we return to campus on Nov. 27. Our last issue of the semester will go live on Dec. 4, and we will once again pause production until late January when we return from the winter break.

I am immensely proud of the work the Lutrinae team has produced throughout the semester, from news articles, opinion pieces, columns, visuals, photography and more. In the face of constant breaking news, our writers have consistently managed to get the news to you, our readers, as quickly as possible.

I also want to thank you all for continuing to support us and share our work with one another. We will continue to be a space for students to share their stories, concerns and opinions.

I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing break. Take time to care for yourselves!

Sincerely,

Andrea Valadez

Editor-in-Chief of the Lutrinae
