Otter Athletics and Associated Students at California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB) brought many students together in the main quad on Friday Oct. 14 to celebrate the MB Madness Block Party and kick off Reunion and Family Traditions (RAFT) Weekend.
RAFT Weekend lasted through Sunday, Oct. 16. RAFT weekend is held annually for students, staff, faculty, friends and family to show their school spirit and celebrate CSUMB’s athletic teams.
This year’s MB Madness event featured two food trucks, carnival and field games with prizes, and performances from CSUMB’s Cheer and Dance teams. The event concluded with the customary spirit parade walk to the Cardinale Stadium in support of CSUMB’s soccer teams in their upcoming matches.
