Farewell Lutrinae graduates

As the  school year comes to an end, The Lutrinae is saying goodbye to a few of our graduating staff members.

Joshua (Josh) Label joined The Lutrinae in Fall 2021 as a staff photographer, and moved into the production manager position for Spring 2022. He transferred into California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) in Spring 2020 from Hartnell College. Josh will be graduating with a degree in business, and a concentration in accounting.

After graduation, Josh is starting a position as an associate for the accounting firm Hayashi Wayland in August. He is also planning to study for the CPA exam, to get licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

Victoria (Torie) White joined The Lutrinae in Spring 2022 as the webmaster. She transferred into CSUMB in Spring 2019 from Cuesta College. Torie will be graduating with a degree in communication design, with concentrations in both web design and visual design.

Torie is currently applying to marketing agencies and hoping to get a position as a graphic designer. In the meantime, she is still enjoying her job as a harbor patrol lifeguard until she can transfer into a graphic design position.

Staff photographer Paloma Ronquillo joined The Lutrinae in Spring 2022. Paloma is a first-generation college student and is graduating with a degree in cinematic arts and technologies, with a concentration in cinematography.

Paloma is planning to head straight to graduate school after graduating from CSUMB. She will be attending the University of California, Los Angeles school of Theater, Film and Television in the Fall to receive her master’s degree in cinematography.

The Lutrinae would like to thank all of our graduating seniors for all of their hard work! We are excited to see where they go next in their careers. Congratulations and good luck!
