Drama reaches an all-time high in Euphoria season 2

Over the past two years, fans have been waiting for the thrilling, jaw-dropping second season of Euphoria, and boy did it deliver. The series followed the same problematic characters, but season two also introduced new people to the drama.

The overall display of this show was done amazingly, and every episode led up to something important that would draw the audience in more.

This season had many more climaxes than season one, and there were so many head-turners that no one could have seen coming. As this show grows, so do the cast’s characteristics; you see a different side to all of them.

Sam Levinson, the creator and writer of Euphoria, focused on explaining the backstories of each character in different episodes of the series.

Season two also highlights characters who weren’t showcased as prominently in season one, such as Lexi Howard (Maude Apatow), Fezco (Angus Cloud) and Ethan (Austin Abrams).

Rue Bennett (Zendaya) remains the narrator and one of the more highlighted characters. She is still struggling with her addiction, but in season two, you see her in a whole new light that’ll determine if you love her or hate her.

Some friendships collide along with relationships becoming broken and new ones being created.

The drama this season is increased 10 fold; there was excellent writing in this season, leaving the audience wanting more in future seasons.

Along with fantastic acting from multiple characters, there was overall great chemistry within this cast and it is clear how much hard work went into this production.

This show exceeded everyone’s expectations and will continue to do so as the third season is being worked on right now. Fans are left with high hopes for this next season as the cast will continue to shine, and the drama will continue to persevere.
