Lab coat decorations

On Feb. 20, RA Dakota Nance from Cypress Hall held a lab coat decoration event. From 3 to 4 p.m., students were able to come into the Cypress Hall kitchen in Divarty Quad to choose from a selection of free patches to iron on their lab coats.

Nance said she put on the event to “give students an opportunity to personalize their lab coats and get them excited about science while also expressing their individuality in the classroom.”

For previous students, lab coat decorations have been big events that everyone seemed to enjoy. Nance mentioned that the event was a success and wants to hold more like it in the future.
