Farewell Lutrinae seniors

As the Spring 2019 semester comes to an end, The Lutrinae is saying farewell to several graduating staff members who helped shape its legacy for incoming staff to continue.

Jessenya Guerra’s journey with The Lutrinae began in 2017 as a staff writer before being promoted to its editor-in-chief last year. Guerra is graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in human communications and plans on moving back to San Luis Obispo to pursue a career in journalism before continuing her education in graduate school.

Production Manager Griffin Dehne also has an extensive history with The Lutrinae, starting out as the production assistant in 2017 before being promoted. Dehne is graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in communication design and plans to move to Colorado in pursuit of a career that specializes in graphic design.

Ad and Distribution Manager Shaylea Stark is graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science technology and policy. Stark is planning to take a year to gain experience in her field before entering into graduate school.

Thank you to each of The Lutrinae’s graduating seniors and good luck with your future endeavors!
