Greek life at Cal State Monterey Bay (CSUMB) rests on the foundation of their five pillars: academics, leadership, service, social justice, and support. During a designated week each semester, sororities and fraternities organize and gather to participate in events during their recruitment and rush; this involves the process of welcoming and getting to know prospective new members. At CSUMB, Greek culture creates a lively and inviting environment to students in search of the Greek experience. Photos featured in this series include table displays assembled by Greek organizations, Greek “letters,” paddles, tikis, line dances, and other various things unique to the Greek culture and experience on campus.
