Save the Date! Join us on Thursday, Oct. 11 at the Otter Sports Center for the annual Midnight Madness event to kick off the California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) Men’s and Women’s basketball season. This is a free event, with your Otter ID, sponsored by the Associated Students (AS) in partnership with Athletics.
This year’s event will feature the 2018-2019 basketball teams, a Neon Lights theme, including the Kelp Bed being lit up with UV backlights, as well as performances by your CSUMB Cheer and Dance teams.
Come to the Midnight Madness Kick Off at the Otter Sports Center parking lot for free food, nacho and ice cream sundae bar, music, inflatable games, and UV body paint station! The first 50 students will receive a Midnight Madness t-shirt before anyone else and one lucky person will have the opportunity to be selected for the half-court shot grand prize.
Throughout the night, there will be opportunities to win prizes such as two Disneyland tickets, two Golden State Warriors game tickets and Power Beats headphones. Be the lucky student to win a Series 3 Apple Watch with our three-point shootout, or a 49” TV by sinking a half-court shot! The first 1,000 students will receive the official Midnight Madness t-shirt. Students will also have the chance to have exclusive Midnight Madness Bandanas! Let’s storm the court and lead our teams into an amazing spirited basketball season!
Don’t be late or you run the risk of being turned away due to capacity.
